Major Roles And Responsibilities
• Creation of campaign on Popleads upon receiving in-house confirmation activity.
• Establishing initial communication with the client to collect course requirements.
• Inform internal stakeholders about the specific requirements from the client related but not limited to banner, logo, timings, language, venue, entry permits, academy materials etc.
• Establishing of internal communication and coordination with all stakeholders regarding appointment of Event Manager, generating a platform link for LVT courses, sharing pre and post assessments with EM and Trainer, check of material before printing, manage the shipment and delivery of materials.
• Sending orientation emails to all parties that are involved in the particular course : trainer, client, event manager and other if needed.
• Generate and share attendance report on daily basis together with specific and important updates.
• Gather pre/post assessments reports, Post training report produced by the trainer, evaluation report and tax invoice.
• Collect and share all the other supporting documents(invoices)that the client need to process the payment.
• Function as a liaison to support AR in collecting payments as a first layer of support to Collection, before escalsating the case.
• Manage Calendar and all the changes in it.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create pre-campaigns page so to prepare the calendar of public courses for the following year.
• Working closely with delivery team and other stakeholders for development of new features and functionalities, testing and bugs reporting.
• Provide support to sales in registration of deals for larger accounts.
