Moving Your Organization from Fragility to Agility
The Internal Business Agility Assessor Program is an unique professional certified program that equips eligible participants with knowledge and skills to assist organizations in governmental and private sectors to embrace the business agility model, strategic agility framework and operational agility framework; as well as to assess their organizations agility level against one of the 6 business agility perspectives (Agile Leadership, Agile Finance, Agile Processes, Agile Technology, Agile Supply Chain, and Agile Service).
The program is designed based on comprehensive understanding that the 6 business agility perspectives interact and work together for the purpose to build and reinforce an organization’s agility level.
Covid-19 disruption caused and still affecting governmental and private sectors with severe consequences and implications. What makes covid-19 disruption different? In Fact, lacking of agility makes it so different.
Nowadays, disruptors are not only associated with one sphere, such as technology.
Privatization, renewable and non-renewable energy, online retail and the viruses spread are all factors that are now forcing change. Access to information/knowledge from inanimate objects and from people from diverse communities and the interconnected nature of humanity provides significant opportunities and challenges.
Even best and leading organizations were aggressively shocked in Covid -19 at it tested their agility and puts heavy pressure on telecommunication, food, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, investment attraction, planning capacity, and on all other products manufacturing and services delivery systems. The key success factor is agility; agile organizations will sustain, adapt, lead and disrupt, whilst non-agile ones would be suffering and might fail even though they have embraced best practices and implemented well-developed systems.
Any organization in public or private sector should learn about continuous improving of agility and assess its agility level to sustain, adapt, lead and even disrupt through having the right flexibility and speed to overcome challenges and seize opportunities that emerge from Covid-19 disruption and other global future possible disruptions.

• Become familiar with digital transformation (DT) and how it supports business transformation through technology agility

This highly practical and interactive course has been specifically designed for
Participants who are interested to know about assessing business agility and who have ≥ 3 years of experience along with bachelor degree are eligible to enroll in this professional training course. Official CV should be submitted for evaluation as a crucial requirement in the course registration application.

AR What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
AR Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.
AR Are LEORON Public courses certified by an official body/organization?
AR LEORON Institute partners with 20+ international bodies and associations.We also award continuing professional development credits (CPE/PDUs) for:1. NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) 2. Project Management Institute PDUs 3. CISI credits 4. GARP credits 5. HRCI recertification credits 6. SHRM recertification credits
AR What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
AR The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or [email protected]
AR What does the course fee cover?
AR The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
AR Does LEORON give discounts?
AR Yes, we can provide discounts for group bookings. If you would like to discuss a discount on a corporate level, we will be happy to talk to you.
