Major Roles And Responsibilities
• Maintain and expand prospects database, within assigned territory, to pursue strategic growth opportunities and provide clients with long-term value.
• Do thorough research (not limited to LinkedIn) and locate potential clients.
• Expand the clients’ database on daily basis.
• Conduct (phone) sales presentations to new clients by following Leoron’s Sales Rules – a minimum of 15 successful sales presentations, on a monthly basis scheduling 5-10 demonstration meetings via official channels, supporting customers with the implementation of the eLearning, analyzing their current LMS and offering solutions for content integration, as well as carrying out all system administration relating to LMS and content authoring tools.
• Maintain email communication as well as WhatsApp and LinkedIn messaging with (potential) clients: send follow-up emails for missed calls, promotional emails, and confirmation emails once the transaction is completed, site implementation and site launching, connecting both technical teams (clients and ours) for content integration, coordination with Skillsoft Sales Process and sharing and registering the PO.
• Respond to customer needs and requirements by offering unequivocal digital solutions (assisted by TL)
• Service existing customers and focus on the development of new ones.
• Collaborating with TL in developing own personal skills as well as clients.
• Working as a part of the Business Unit, effectively reporting to the Head of Digital Learning.
• Carry out thorough market research for given projects and assert potential, target group, opportunities, and competitors.
• Anticipate, listen to, and respond to customer needs and requirements by offering supreme customer care. Ensure the highest customer experience and relationship building.
• Advertise and promote digital content portfolio, on social media.
• Generate, maintain, and build close relationships with new and existing large accounts throughout the year by being coached and mentored by your TL and Head.
• This position might require traveling to GCC countries and/or the location of Key Clients.
• Covering and demonstrating effective eLearning solutions through video material, screencasts, and interactive web-based resources.
• Working closely with the People team and business collaborators to execute the digital learning offering through great consulting, collaboration, and design skills.
• Working closely with all external systems suppliers to ensure all development updates are implemented effectively and road map requirements are on track.
• Supporting the Learning and Development Business Partner to deliver business requests and develop or purchase a new LMS.
• Evaluating the suitability and effectiveness of different types of online training content, and investigating emerging technologies, with a view to continuously developing and improving the area of digital learning.
