Major Roles And Responsibilities
• Answering internal and external stakeholders’ questions and addressing complaints.
• Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
• Welcoming guests and assist them.
• Checking the modules for missed calls and SMSs (6 modules with 4 lines each).
• Food/Lunch (follow up with the vendors, sending POD, check the list when I close the POD - cancel orders, adding extra orders)
• Organize taxi pick up for the employees when needed, pick up and drop of the materials with local post services and couriers.
• Managing Leoron’s library.
• Assisting with scanning/printing/etc…
• Managing the Medical check-up appointments.
• Receive ALL the incoming and outgoing invoice (stamp them, register them at the book, make copies for FINANCE DEPARTMENT register them at a proper table at my PC and send them to GT consulting). Follow up with vendors and finance for payments…
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Monitor office supplies on daily basis.
• Responsible to ensure the physical presence at the office at all the time.
• Buy, and transport work related things, pick up Cargo Deliveries, documents.
• Support our administrative tasks in our Skopje, Shtip and Gostivar Office.
