Major Roles And Responsibilities
• Understanding hiring needs from the Head of Human Resources.
• Working closely with the Head of Human Resources, Managing Director KSA in conducting the Recruitment Process.
• Supporting ID Departmetn for Trainer Recruitment in KSA.
• Advertising the open positions through various employment channels.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders for advertising the position through Social Media and Website.
• Conducting Interviewing Process and Selecting Candidates for the next Interview Cycles.
• Evaluating caniddates experience, skills and knowledge, matching them with the open positions.
• Coordianting & maintaing corporate profiles on governemnt employment profiles Hadaf, Tamheer.
• Updating & maintaing contracts for employment contracts.
• Legal Compliance of the office in Riyadh, documentation, regulations.
• Managing the archive and documentation. (both Archive and Employees folder).
