Everything about LEORON Public Courses

We kindly suggest you to get in touch with our training consultants and discuss which course is most appropriate, so you avoid registering for a program that doesn’t fit your needs. If you are hesitant which course you should attend, please contact the training consultant assigned to the course. All LEORON public training programs start at 8:30 and finish at 16:00. Lunch is a 1-hour break and there are two coffee breaks too. If there is an exam or project presentation at the end of the course, on the last day the course might finish later.
Most participants wear Business Casual clothes. A formal business suit is not necessary.
Two coffee breaks and a buffet lunch is provided every day in the hotels’ restaurant, so you will have a wide choice of foods to cater for different needs.
Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.
Yes, a LEORON certificate of completion is provided to you upon successful completion of the program.

We also award continuing professional development credits (CPE/PDUs) for:

At LEORON, we understand that business people have commitments and changes do happen. You can cancel your attendance 21 days prior to the beginning of the course.
You will be liable for 50% of the course fee if the cancellation takes place 21- 14 days prior to the beginning of the course, and 100% cancellation fee if the cancellation takes place less than 14 days prior to the beginning of the course.
A 25% postponement fee if the postponement takes place less than 10 days prior to the beginning of the course.

Other Useful Information

Your evenings are free, although there are some exceptions when we organize team building or sightseeing activities with the group. Oftentimes, trainers will assign a project that must be completed by the end of the course, hence plan your evenings accordingly.

The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
No, delegates are expected to arrange their own accommodation and travel. Although we can always assist to get special hotels rates with the hotels we collaborate, delegates are expected to arrange their own accommodation and travel.
Yes, we can provide discounts for group bookings. If you would like to discuss a discount on a corporate level, we will be happy to talk to you.
Yes, you can. We accept VISA, Maestro and Mastercard.
To pay for a specific course:
  1. Please navigate to that course on the website,
  2. Click on ‘Buy this course’. This will open a new login page where you will have to register (with email, FB, Instagram, Linkedin etc)
  3. Once you register, the same course page will reload
  4. Please click “proceed to checkout” button,
  5. This will open a new page where you will have to fill in all the blank fields (note that all fields are mandatory).
  6. Please click “proceed to checkout” button,
  7. Select ‘Pay with Credit/Debit card
  8. Accept the terms and conditions (two check boxes)
  9. If all fields are filled correctly, once you submit your application you will be taken the PayFort site where you will have to fill in the credit card details and submit to pay.
