Major Roles And Responsibilities
• Answering internal and external stakeholders’ questions and addressing complaints.
• Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
• Welcoming guests and assist them.
• Organize taxi pick up for the employees when needed, pick up and drop of the materials with local post services and couriers.
• Assisting with scanning/printing/etc…
• Receive ALL the incoming and outgoing invoice.
• Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
• Monitor office supplies on daily basis.
• Responsible to ensure the physical presence at the office at all the time.
• Buy, and transport work related things, pick up Cargo Deliveries, documents.
• Complete various administrative activities for the Riyadh Office
• Materials Management, including but not limited to: sending slide-books for printing, preparing delegate’s kits, printing Certificates, reviewing learning materials, confirming couriers for shipment, packing materials in boxes, arranging pick-up of materials, tracking materials during transit.
• Materials inventory for the Riyadh Office
• Inform colleagues upon receiving ordered books.
• Collects cheques and/ or any other documents on behalf of colleagues.
• Submit documentation counter; collaborate with governmental institutions per need.
• Evaluate prices and suppliers for purchasing office materials.
• Scan Evaluation Forms, Competency Forms and other documents, per need.
• Ship Invoices, corrected/ additional Certificates and other documents to clients.
• Various other tasks as assigned
