• Oversee the organization's presence on various social media platforms, including creating a social media plan of content that aligns with Leoron’s brand identity. Craft consistent and meaningful content, write and edit posts for social media, and promote social media campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
• Produce high-quality content for social media, including a high volume of posts daily. Curate relevant content from external sources to supplement original content creation.
• Communicate with followers on social media, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain a high level of engagement with the audience.
• Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to review and evaluate Leoron’s presence and performance on social media. Suggest improvements and recommendations for adjusting the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Remain up to date on emerging trends and best practices in social media to ensure Leoron remains competitive in the digital landscape.
• Work closely with other marketing teams, creative services, and external partners to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives and organizational goals.
• Act as a brand advocate, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all social media channels. Monitor online conversations and manage Leoron’s online reputation effectively.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with management to develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
