LEORON Professional Development Institute is pleased to announce the beginning of its partnership with the CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment). A collaboration that seeks not only to strengthen LEORON’s finance program portfolio, but also to aid CISI’s presence in the market, we believe this partnership is bound to expand the competence spectrum of both parties. This will contribute toward LEORON Institute’s portfolio being enriched by adding many public courses, including the Wealth Management, Investment, Risk Management and Islamic Finance qualifications from the CISI.
LEORON’S Senior Product Development Manager – Ozal Hopi added that CISI’s programs will be a valuable addition that can improve existing skills in financial areas.
“The core focus of our initial CISI programs will provide professionals with the core competencies in advancing their existing skills in financial services through qualifications. In this regard, we aim to equip participants with an understanding of the external context in which the investment sector operates, how it is managed, as well as grasp the core analytical techniques that can be applied to decision-making processes within the business environment”.
CISI’s representatives have approached the partnership with a similar attitude. Kevin Moore, CISI’s Director of Global Business Development, considers the agreement as an important precursor that will bring training possibilities which allow career progression in the financial services global job market.
“We are extremely pleased to be working with LEORON, which has offices throughout the Middle East, and has seen an increase in demand for securities and investment qualifications. Their training will help students qualify to the highest standards, enhancing their skills to allow career progression in the increasingly competitive financial services global jobs market.”
With CISI on board, LEORON Institute is certain to expand its reach and address an even higher number of professionals that seek professional development and career advancement throughout the Middle East.
