2
Demonstrate proficiency in the full Design Thinking process, from empathy and problem definition to ideation, prototyping, and testing. Learners will gain hands-on experience in guiding ideas through each phase, ensuring solutions are both desirable and viable
3
Select and utilize appropriate Design Methods (Observe, Question, Experiment, and Study) to generate insights and foster creativity. Participants will learn when and how to apply specific methods within the Design Thinking process to drive evidence-based innovation
4
Develop and test prototypes that serve distinct purposes—such as learning, empathizing, communicating, or decision-making—using diverse prototyping techniques. Learners will explore multiple forms of prototypes, from paper and conceptual models to functional and experiential ones, and evaluate their effectiveness
5
Integrate the role of a design thinker within organizational contexts by facilitating innovation, collaborating across functions, and driving solutions toward measurable business impact.
