Build a solid understanding of coaching in this two-day course by following our three-step model: Self, Others, and Organization. With this inside-out approach, you’ll first focus on yourself by developing and refining the skills needed for great coaching. Then you will focus on others by helping your leaders to become better coaches. Finally, you will look at your organization and embed coaching into your company culture.

You’ll engage in coaching experiences with your peers and HCI's expert faculty, receive coaching on real-life challenges, and create two comprehensive strategies tailored to your organization’s needs that will help you put what you’ve learned into action.
