ORIENTATION MODULE:
Welcome to your Online Campus

You’ll be welcomed to the program and begin connecting with fellow participants, while exploring the navigation and tools of your Online Campus. Be alerted to key milestones in the learning path, and review how your results will be calculated and distributed. 
You’ll be required to complete your participant profile and submit a digital copy of your passport/ identity document.

MODULE 1:
A Framework to Healthcare Leadership

Explore the behaviours of outstanding leaders, and the importance of building trust and collaboration when working with others. 
• Identify and appreciate outstanding leadership behaviours in relation to your current leadership 
• Articulate the core values that inform your decisions and behaviours 
• Determine the relationship between values and decision-making 
• Deduce the behaviours that foster trust and collaboration 
• Assess how increasing self-determination and competence strengthens others

Emotional Intelligence and Leading Self
