About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified or part-qualified accountant with experience in financial analysis, compliance, controls and financial accounting. The Senior Specialist – Finance GRC role is responsible for analysis and reconciliation of revenues and costs, and calculation of related financial accounting entries. This role also involves a detailed review of accruals and prepayments for all entities, in addition to related party balance reconciliations and business trip expense analysis.
This role is responsible for maintaining a compliance deliverables database and comprehensive finance process documentation. Other compliance responsibilities include the management and submission of compliance deliverables and maintaining the finance risk register. The role coordinates tax return submission and leads local certifications and regulatory submissions. It manages audit processes by liaising with external auditors, conducting internal reviews, documenting findings, and coordinating corrective actions with management. Additional responsibilities include developing management reporting, producing ad-hoc management reports, and supporting detailed financial analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities- Analysis and reconciliation of revenue and costs, and calculation of corrective entries and redistribution journals across entities
- Review of accruals and prepayments calculations for indirect accruals
- Related party balance reconciliations and analysis
- Review and analysis of business trips expenditure and post entries to Zoho
- Compile, maintain and monitor Finance processes and policies documentation
- Compile and maintain the compliance database, including all submissions to local authorities
- Identify areas where training and coaching is needed and develop and deliver training as required within finance and with other functions
- Maintain the Finance risk register
- Liaise with tax authorities and submission of tax returns for entities excluding KSA
- Undertake finance team-related preparation and submission of Local submissions for local certifications
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual and periodic audits.
- Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and generate ad-hoc management reports and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Qualified or Part-qualified member of a recognised professional accounting body (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ICAI, or ICAEW)
- Expert-level capability in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed analyses and financial accounting activities
- Familiarity with Accounting and ERP systems and experience contributing to workflow or process improvements is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in English
