Adil is Past-Chair of ASQs Human Development & Leadership division. Adil is also a distinguished global keynote speaker and an award-winning author and the recipient of Global Award for Outstanding contribution to Quality and Leadership. He is the host of See2B radio show and has been also been featured in numerous radio and TV interviews. Adil’s book The 12 Pillars of Project Excellence: A Lean Approach to Improving Project Results is the winner of the prestigious 2015 ASQ Philip B. Crosby Medal, the 2014 Shingo Research and Publication award and the 2013 Axiom Business book award”. Adil has also authored A Legacy Driven Life and co-authored ASQs Lean Handbook and his latest book, Changing Our World. Adil’s mission is to enhance the value of human potential and optimize performance of leaders, individuals and organizations through his many innovations like Sensei Leadership™, iLean® Technology, True Lean™ and other advanced technologies he has pioneered. His mastery has made him a sought-after strategic business partner and executive coach as he continues to drive excellence by implementing strategies for growth and long-term success. As a lean sensei and project leader, Adil has led billion-dollar acquisition projects and coached several executives and teams in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia implement successful strategies. A Manager (PMP), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Lean Bronze Professional (LBC) and Certified Executive Coach (BCC). He is a registered training provider for Lean Certification classes through SME, ASQ, AME and Shingo Institute. Adil is pursuing his PhD degree in Performance Psychology and holds 2 Master’s degrees and numerous certifications, including a Certified Project. Adil serves on the Lean Certification Oversight Committee of the SME, ASQ, AME and Shingo alliance. What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.
Are LEORON Public courses certified by an official body/organization?
LEORON Institute partners with 20+ international bodies and associations.We also award continuing professional development credits (CPE/PDUs) for:1. NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) 2. Project Management Institute PDUs 3. CISI credits 4. GARP credits 5. HRCI recertification credits 6. SHRM recertification credits
What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or [email protected].
What does the course fee cover?
The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
Does LEORON give discounts?
Yes, we can provide discounts for group bookings. If you would like to discuss a discount on a corporate level, we will be happy to talk to you.
