The Model contains set of managerial and technical auditable criteria that ensure successful ICT based transformation (e.g. e-business and e-government). The book is available in Arabic as well. Introduction to IT Governance using COBIT (2012) Aqel researched and practiced common governance & control models like COBIT, quality management models like ISO 9000, processes and services maturity models like ITIL & CMM. Implementing these standards is considered a necessity for the contemporary digital economy and knowledge society era. Already completed a book about IT Governance to enrich Arabic Library in this domain. IT Security, What Is It, And How To Achieve It (2012): This book is Intended for leaders, and executives to educate them about various threats that organization’s informational assets are exposed to; it discuss possible strategies and alternatives for dealing with such risks. The book discuss top management role in leading IT security initiative, and monitoring implementation progress. Managing IT Human Resources (2013): This book discusses set of topics related to human resources (HR) who are working in datacenters. A common HR life cycle approach was followed that starts by hiring, developing and/or managing, and ending by transitioning datacenter worker to a new stage that might include rotating to another job within the organization. The book discussed best practices for hiring and managing human resources including organizing, motivation and risks optimization. The paper includes lots of globally accredited best practices and controls that facilitate operations excellence.
