About The Mentor
Hilmar is an experienced Program and Security Manager and renowned expert in the fields of Program Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Business Analysis, PMO and Agile. Hilmar has 20+ years of professional experience in managing military and industrial projects and programs – most notably, he’s been working since 2010 in a Senior Management role in a National Security Program in the Middle East. Hilmar is one of very few individuals in the world who hold the prestigious Program Management Professional (PgMP) credential, which the Project Management Institute (PMI) awards only to an elite group of professionals with a track record in successful Program and Project Management. After his first career as Banking Business Professional in the financial sector, Hilmar started his second career in 1999 as Commissioned Officer in the German Armed Forces, leading a specialized unit that was tasked with missions in an international environment. In 2010 he shifted his career toward the Aerospace and Defense industry, wherein he’s still holding a senior position, working with ministries and other governmental entities at management level, with a focus on specialized academic and vocational education programs, in cooperation with European technical colleges and universities. Over the years his role evolved towards a strong focus on the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and related Learning & Development initiatives, due to the demand for expertise in designing and managing programs for specialist roles in the government, military and civilian sector – the main focus of these education programs was and continues to be Knowledge Transfer within or external to the respective institutions and organizations. In the scope of his competencies and activities, with 10+ years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, Hilmar is as a role model for life long learning and a well sought after coach and mentor for personal development as well as career progression. Hilmar’s experience and capabilities cover a wide range of managerial tasks, such as Procurement, Bid Management, Training Design & Development, Contract Management, PMO Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Customer Relationship Management – each with a high level of success and exceptional performance.

What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.
Are LEORON Public courses certified by an official body/organization?
LEORON Institute partners with 20+ international bodies and associations.We also award continuing professional development credits (CPE/PDUs) for:1. NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) 2. Project Management Institute PDUs 3. CISI credits 4. GARP credits 5. HRCI recertification credits 6. SHRM recertification credits
What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or [email protected].
What does the course fee cover?
The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
Does LEORON give discounts?
Yes, we can provide discounts for group bookings. If you would like to discuss a discount on a corporate level, we will be happy to talk to you.
