About The Mentor

Jonathon is a senior trainer and coach, boasting 25+ years of experience in providing high-level comprehensive training and development programs to clients from wide variety of industries including banking, oil and gas, hospitality, construction, energy, I.T, retail, telecom, FMCG and others. He has delivered training and development programs in over 20 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia, the Sub-Continent and Africa. Jonathon is an experienced trainer with a strong interest in personal development and accelerated learning, Jonathon is a master practitioner and certified trainer of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). His training programs are recognized both by the Association of NLP (ANLP UK) and the American Board of NLP (ABNLP). Jonathon is a certified coach from the globally renown Marshall Goldsmith and he is also member of the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder coaching team within the UAE. Jonathon is a certified trainer and associate of the prestigious ‘6 Seconds’ Emotional Intelligence Network as well, one of the world’s leading EI training and research organizations. He is also accredited by Daniel Goleman to administer and coach his emotional competency inventory (ECI). Jonathon’s principal areas of expertise include management and leadership development, innovative service solutions and the improvement of behavior skills. He has an interest and expertise in executive coaching and mentoring programs and developing the human capital in learning organizations. His significant expertise enables him to deliver ‘real feel’ activity and discussion led training, with case studies and examples that ensure learning is engaging, memorable, relevant and readily transferable to the work-place. Jonathon has a post graduate diploma from the University of Leicester in Human Resource Management as well as has extensive experience in a full range of HR contributions, including recruitment/selection processes, succession and manpower planning and the design of HR policies/procedures and performance management systems. He has also applied his wide professional knowledge to the research, design and validation of competency frameworks and practical assessment/development centers. Jonathon has held a senior management consultant position with one of the world’s largest management consulting organizations before moving to UAE, and his areas of expertise include: Leadership Development, Communication and Interpersonal skills, Emotional Intelligence, Customer Service skills, Negotiation skills, Presentations skills, Coaching and Mentoring, Supervisory and Management skills, Teambuilding, Time and Stress management, Change Management, Creativity and Innovation, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Train the Trainer and others. What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in an LEORON training program?
Most of our public courses are delivered in English language. You need to be proficient in English to be able to fully participate in the workshop and network with other delegates. For in-house courses we have the capability to train in Arabic, Dutch, German and Portuguese.
Are LEORON Public courses certified by an official body/organization?
LEORON Institute partners with 20+ international bodies and associations.We also award continuing professional development credits (CPE/PDUs) for:1. What is the deadline for registering to a public course?
The deadline to register for a public course is 14 days before the course starts. Kindly note that occasionally we do accept late registrations as well, but this needs to be confirmed with the project manager of the training program or with our registration desk that can be reached at +91 4 95 5711 or [email protected].
What does the course fee cover?
The course fee covers a premium training experience in a 5-star hotel, learning materials, lunches & refreshments, and for some courses, the certification fee and membership with the accrediting bodies.
Does LEORON give discounts?
