Philip Martin has been involved in delivering operational risk management solutions to the financial services sector across the globe for over thirty years. He established and ran an operational risk consulting practice within HSBC and has worked with companies in over 50 countries around the world. He is experienced in establishing Risk Management Strategies, Operational Risk Management Frameworks and delivering the individual elements that make up these frameworks. Philip established one of the leading Enterprise Risk Companies in the UK in 2005. Philip is a Past Chairman of The Institute of Operational Risk where he was elected as a Fellow in 2005. In 2016, Philip was elected as a Non-Executive Director of the Institute. In 2009 he was recognized as one of the Global Top 50 Faces in Operational Risk by OpRisk & Compliance magazine.
