To be eligible for this advanced-level program, participants should have at least three years of experience in the training and facilitation profession and be well-versed in effective training techniques, including managing participants, responding to learner needs, addressing classroom challenges, and fostering a positive learning environment. They should also have practical experience in developing engaging, learner-centered training solutions. While not required, it is preferred that participants have previously completed a foundational ATD certificate program, such as the ATD Training & Facilitation Certificate.
