To benefit from this advanced program, participants should have at least three years of consulting experience, a solid understanding of consulting principles, and experience with needs assessments, data analysis, and solution development. While completion of an ATD foundational course (such as the Consulting Skills Certificate or Human Performance Improvement Certificate) is preferred, it is not required.
What is the format and duration of the program?
This is an eight-week blended program with both live online and self-directed components. Participants will attend virtual sessions in weeks 1, 3, 5, and 7 and engage in hands-on, project-based learning.
What will I receive upon completing the program?
Graduates earn the ATD Master Performance Consultant™ designation and a digital badge to showcase their achievement. Additionally, participants will complete a real-world Performance Consulting Project, applying key concepts learned throughout the course.
What if I want to continue my professional development after this program?
Upon completion, participants can select a complimentary ATD elective course to continue their development. Please note that some courses, such as other master programs and certification preparation courses, are excluded from this offer.
What language will the course be taught in and what level of English do I need to take part in a LEORON training program?

Refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the course type and location.
