This 2 or 3-day program aims at providing a  simple yet effective technique of providing  non-judgmental messages and constructive  feedback to improve employee performance.  The feedback process mainly revolves around  understanding the importance of feedback and the process of giving positive and constructive  feedback in the workplace.
